- Personalized cocktail napkins measure 5″ x 5″ (10″ x 10″ unfolded) and are sold in bundles of 100, with a minimum purchase of 100+ personalized napkins.

- The techniques used to print custom napkins allow only a single (1) ink or foil color to be used per design. Foil imprinting is available in gold, silver, black, or white. Ink printing is available in an array of colors but is only available on white or ivory napkins.
- Please note: Napkins may vary slightly in size, alignment, and color from the proof as seen on your screen. Our design team will review each layout to ensure your napkin design prints perfectly. If any significant changes are required, our personalization team will contact you before printing.
- Our napkins are printed using non-toxic, water-soluble dyes and are made from FSC-certified materials.

Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times in accordance with the item.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. You may not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
To be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
